GLP has signed a lease agreement with MSL Global, a provider of live event solutions for the automotive industry. MSL Global will occupy Unit 3, a 27,570ft2 warehouse at the G-Hub Crawley.
G-Hub Crawley comprises od three high-specification, net-zero carbon logistics units, all boasting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and ‘EPC A’ energy ratings. The hub’s latest leasing success follows the recent occupancy of Unit 2, a 51,699ft2 space, announced in February. With these agreements in place, only the 96,442ft2 G-Hub 96 remains available for immediate occupation.
Each unit at G-Hub Crawley is designed with top-tier features, including expansive service yards, dock levellers, electric vehicle charging bays and ample parking for both cars and HGVs.
Situated in Manor Royal, a prominent industrial and business district in Southeast England, G-Hub Crawley features close-proximity to London and convenient access to Gatwick Airport and the M23 motorway. This prime location makes it ideal for last-mile delivery and various logistics operations.
