Prologis UK has a agreed a 10-year lease with logistics and transport company ID Logistics for a 342,622ft² distribution centre at Prologis Grange Park in Northampton.
The facility, known as DC7, also includes an additional 389,319ft² mezzanine, taking the total floor space to 731,941ft².
ID Logistics and Prologis have an existing relationship, with the logistics firm leasing ‘close to 3 million ft²’ from Prologis across the UK, France, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands, as well as outside of Europe in Brazil.
