AI-powered warehouse automation provider Locus Robotics has opened its new global headquarters, Locus Park, in Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Additionally, the company has also surpassed four-billion-unit picks across its worldwide customer deployments.
The 157,000ft² facility features nearly 200 employees that will drive the company’s mission to transform supply chains through advanced robotic solutions.
The new Locus Park headquarters features a large R&D, testing, and engineering area, creating an optimal setting for the nearly 200 employees in the New England region to further the company’s AI-driven innovations.
Additionally, the facility encompasses all aspects of robotics manufacturing, shipping, and administration. This location enables Locus to keep transforming supply chains in third-party logistics, retail, industrial, and healthcare sectors, while establishing new standards for operational efficiency and “workforce empowerment”, it says.
Rick Faulk, CEO of Locus Robotics, said: “Locus Park represents our commitment to innovation and our confidence in the future.
“It’s a launchpad for the next generation of robotics and AI solutions that will redefine warehouse efficiency and empower workforces worldwide. As we stand at the forefront of industrial automation, we’re not just leading the industry but transforming it.”
