On 22 October, the doors of the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida will open for IntraLogisteX USA. Over the two days of the event, a wide range of companies from the US and around the globe will be presenting the latest innovations in logistics and supply chain technology. Fahad Jami, senior manager of logistics analytics at Stanley Black & Decker

Fahad Jami is a dynamic supply chain and logistics leader with a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years across major corporations. Currently, Jami holds a senior position at Stanley Black & Decker, where he’s driving significant transformation in fulfilment strategies across the North and South America.
His career journey includes impactful roles at retail giants Walmart and Amazon, where he made substantial contributions to last-mile delivery optimisation and fulfilment operations. At Amazon, Jami was instrumental in enhancing delivery promises and managing complex logistics during challenging times, including the Covid-19 pandemic.
An alumnus of Simon Business School, Jami holds an MBA with a concentration in Operations, Strategy and Analytics. Known for his analytical approach, he leverages his proficiency in various data analysis and business intelligence tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
His career is marked by a consistent ability to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and lead teams to success in the ever-evolving landscape of supply chain management.
Marygrace Parker, director of freight at The Eastern Transportation Coalition
“Freight Academy: bringing private sector goods movement perspectives to public sector transportation planning and operations”

Marygrace Parker serves as the director of freight for The Eastern Transportation Coalition (TETC), a consortium of state Department of Transportations and related agencies from Maine to Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky and West Virginia.
She works with states and industry partners to address freight mobility, safety and resiliency across boundaries. She directs the Freight Academy, a unique immersion programme to enhance understanding of the supply chain industry by public sector staff. She previously served as director of traffic management at the New York State Thruway Authority and as a sergeant-station commander with the New York State Police.
Mike Kelley, lead product manager for global supply chain analytics at Nike
“End-to-end (E2E) supply chain analytics”

Mike Kelley is lead product manager for global supply chain analytics at Nike. He is a seasoned operations professional with six years of experience in different product leadership positions at Nike, in addition to six years at Deloitte.
Through these combined experiences, Kelley has conceptualised and deployed numerous technologies and solutions for multinational enterprises. His diverse, multi-disciplinary skillset has consistently driven profitability and excellence throughout his career.
