GLi has completed a 61,611ft2 warehouse in Park Royal, which has been pre-let to gourmet food supplier Classic Fine Foods.
The PR1 unit on Abbey Road won the prestigious ‘Deal of the Year – 50,000 to 100,000 ft2’ at last year’s Industrial Agents Society Awards. GLi developed the unit; BNP Paribas Real Estate and CBRE were agents.
David Johnson, CEO of GLi, said: “We develop future-proofed properties to save occupiers’ energy and operational costs, allowing businesses to thrive in an all-electric future of solar power, battery storage, and electric van delivery. The Net Zero 2030 plans for London and government legislation mean that businesses in Park Royal and across the capital will have to comply with new rules for net-zero operations. Our units deliver that.”
PR1 boasts features such as all-electric power, photovoltaic (PV) solar rooftop panels, on-site battery storage, and 100% electric vehicle (EV) van fleet charging as standard. This future-proofed design aligns with the Mayor of London’s 2030 regulations.
Strategically located in Park Royal, PR1 offers easy access to Central London and the UK transport network, making it an ideal choice for businesses seeking prime industrial space with excellent connectivity and ample room for further growth and development.
GLi’s next property, PR2, is already underway on Abbey Road, boasting similar cost-saving features to PR1 but with a larger footprint of 77,705ft2.
